Orders placed via the catalog or enquiries submitted through WhatsApp constitute a formal request for a quote. An order is only confirmed upon written acceptance from Sentinel Spear Security. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.
All payments are processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). By placing an order you agree to pay the quoted amount in full prior to dispatch unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing. We accept M-PESA, bank transfer, and cash on delivery for approved clients.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sentinel Spear Security is not liable for delays caused by courier services, force majeure, or events outside our reasonable control. Installation timelines are agreed separately and are binding only once confirmed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Sentinel Spear Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our products or services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product or service.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
